Hey all, hope you were able to make it out this afternoon for the maiden voyage of Graphic Content! About a hundred and thirty Bat-Fans came out to the Metro Cinema to take in the show, and I’m pretty sure they all had a big smile on their face as they exited the theatre. Everyone received a free Batman comic book from sponsor Warp One Comics and Games, to bring the magic of the Caped Crusader home with them, as well.
If you didn’t venture down to the movie theatre this weekend, you missed out on a couple of huge announcements. First, we announced a special contest to tide you over until October. If you’d like a chance at winning a copy of the Batman and Robin trade paperback we had on sale at the show, signed by writer and comics legend Grant Morrison, all you have to do is think up a dastardly villain to join Batman’s Rogue’s Gallery alongside such luminaries as the Penguin, the Joker, the Riddler and Catwoman. Entries can be emailed to graphic.content.film@gmail.com , or posted on the Graphic Content Facebook group page: https://www.facebook.com/Graphic.Content.
The winner will be announced before our next screening, which is going to take place on October the 18th, 2011. The movie? Superman!
